Pre-Owned Rolex Explorer II 16570
The Rolex Explorer 2 is a beloved watch by many and is probably the more popular model compared to the Explorer 1. I personally like the original Explorer but there is no avoiding the clean and now iconic design that an Explorer 2 has and how many GMT watches it has inspired.
The Rolex Explorer 2 began production in 1989 and has gone through some differences between the years. This version from 2009 has, among other things, super luminova on the dial instead of tritium and solid end links, which is a small detail but something that may be important to some. Without drilled lug holes, the model looks more modern and a bit more timeless, but some people like the comfort and look that drilled lug holes have.
If you are looking for a GMT watch and want it to be as versatile as possible, then it is hard to find a better watch than the Rolex Explorer 2. This example is from 2009 and is in fine condition and is currently for sale at fredmans. Com where it comes with both a box and certificate.
Pre-Owned Rolex Yacht-Master 40 mm 126622
The Rolex Yacht-Master is a relatively new model in the Rolex range and first came out in 1992. It was created like a regular Rolex Submariner if you just look at it, but it was more luxurious and with only 100 meters of water resistance. So why choose this instead of a Submariner?
Looking at the specs alone, a Submariner is the better watch, as it is a diver's watch, but when are watches just about the specs? We know that watches are so much more than that and the Rolex Yacht-Master has that feeling when you see it on your wrist. It has that extra thing. In certain circles, and probably in the inner center of probably every big city, a Rolex Submariner can be seen on many wrists. It's a timeless model, certainly, but the Rolex Yacht-Master is different, and less often seen. But it's still a Rolex, so if you want a balanced watch that neither stands out too much nor goes completely under the radar, this is a wonderful Rolex that far too few people have their eyes on.
Here we have the latest version of a Rolex Yacht-Master in a 40mm case made of steel and platinum which has the caliber 3235 with a power reserve of 70 hours. This particular model we have here is for sale and is from 2022. It´s in good condition and comes with both box and papers.
Pre-Owned Rolex Prince L 1490
Prince is a model from Rolex that not many people think of when they mention Rolex and that many probably don't even know exists. It is an unusual model that was created in 1928 and was called the 'doctor's watch' as it was quite well suited to time the pulse of a patient with a small seconds dial on the lower half of the dial. When the model came out, it was an exclusive watch that was also innovative, it had, among other things, an incredibly precise movement.
The dial has several interesting parts such as the arabic numerals, the two different dials, and the contrast between the different color choices of gold and silver along with the black text and numbers. This is one of the most charming vintage watches we've come across.
This reference is the 1490 which dates from 1930 with a manual movement and has an 18k white and yellow gold case. The size of 23x42mm fits almost all wrists and is an extremely elegant model. If you are looking for a dressy model to wear to dinners or finer events, this unusual Rolex Prince could be the model for you!
