When you shop with us at Fredmans, you agree to our terms of purchase, so it's important that you have read the conditions before completing your purchase. Below you will find information on what applies when you shop on our website www.fredmans.com as well as in our physical store.



You can Du pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay etc. Card payments are processed by Stripe.


We offer invoice payment through Klarna. For current payment terms, please refer to Klarna's website or options provided at checkout.


We offer installment payments in collaboration with:

- Klarna (select at checkout)

- Wasa Kredit up to 36 months and Resurs Bank up to 24 months installment. For Swedish residents only.

We dispatch goods after the respective payment provider approves the payment. The delivery address cannot be changed after the order is completed.


When placing an order online or in-store for an item that is not in stock, it is considered a special order. A down payment is required for such orders. By paying the down payment or making an advance payment, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions. You also consent to the registration of your name, personal or organizational number, and contact details (phone number and email address) in our customer register.

Please note that no refunds can be issued for products purchased through special orders (i.e., orders for watch models and accessories not included in our regular range or items that have been engraved) or if the item is discounted. In some cases, you may be able to exchange it for another product.


FREE INSURED SHIPPING on orders over 5000 SEK / 500 EUR / 500 USD.

For security reasons, we send all shipments with the option to track the delivery. You will receive a notification that you use along with your ID for package retrieval at the respective post office or postal agent.

Fredmans reserves the right not to deliver goods if there has been an incorrect pricing, if the item has been discontinued, or if we suspect fraud.

Order confirmation is sent automatically via e-mail immediately after your order. Once your package is delivered, you will get information about the tracking number and where you can pick-up it by sms or e-mail.

Delivery time is normally within 1 to 5 working days depending on the payment confirmation and stock availability. Once the item has been dispatched we have no possibility to make changes to the order.

All orders are shipped between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, except for Swedish public holidays.

In accordance with EU Directive on consumer rights, we offer a possibility to return the order within 14 days from the day you received the good. After 14 days, you can only ask for a partial or full refund if it's not possible to repair or replace the goods. Please note that you might not be entitled to a refund if the problem is minor.

Returns are applicable on all orders processed within EU, for all other orders only exchange is applicable.

RETURN POLICY (only for orders within European Union)

In order for a return to be valid, the following applies.
You as a customer are responsible for returning the product according to our policies:
- You must always contact our customer service before returning via the contact form or by e-mail [email protected]. Enter your name, address and reason for exchange / return.
- The goods must not have been used. In the event that the product is used, FREDMANS has the right to refuse return or deduct the value of servicing the product. The store evaluates the used item according to its condition and reimburses value that corresponds to a used item.
- The seal on the product must not be broken.
- The seal on certificates, guarantees and other securities must not be broken.
- All original packaging that came with the order must be returned in unchanged condition. - You take care of and pay for the return. We recommend that you send the item as a registered/recommended letter or traceable shipment.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is returned safely without external damage to the product or packaging.
- FREDMANS does not redeem returns that have been sent via cash on delivery.


Please note that no refund can be made for products purchased where the order is a special order as goods made to order or clearly personalised (eg. ordering a watch model that is made to order or not included in our regular range, leather straps in a certain size, the product was specially engraved, etc.), or if the product is reduced in price. However, you can still exchange on sale items for another items.

COMPLAINT (eligible for orders within Sweden)

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you as a buyer have the right to make a complaint for up to three years from the time of purchase, and the product must be complained about within a reasonable time from the time the defect was discovered. More information about the right to make a complaint can be found on the Swedish Consumer Agency's website www.konsumentverket.se.


At FREDMANS, we buy and sell pre-owned watches. We either purchase your watch directly, exchange it for another watch, or sell it on consignment.


Direct purchase or trade-in

If you want to sell your watch directly to us or exchange it for another watch from our range, individual conditions apply. Payment will be made within 3 business days to your bank account. 

Sell watch on consignment

When you sell your watch on consignment, we take a sales commission of 15-30%. After the watch is sold, we make a transfer within 30 days.

If you wish to sell a watch that you know needs servicing, we can address the issue before the sale. Individual terms apply for each case, for instance, we may rectify issues for a fee or deduct service cost from the seller's fee.


We provide up to 24 months of warranty on the pre-owned watches that we sell online or in our physical shop. Since the warranty varies from watch to watch, it will be specified for each individual item.


Fredmans is an authorized dealer of all brands and provides a minimum of 24 months manufacturer's warranty, valid worldwide.

During the warranty period, warranty services/repairs are carried out free of charge at Fredmans or any authorized dealer in Sweden or abroad.

Please note that watches eligible for warranty repairs are only those purchased from an authorized dealer. Proof qualifying for warranty includes a stamped warranty card and purchase receipt from the same dealer.

Watches purchased from unauthorized dealers are denied free warranty repairs but can be repaired at your own expense.



Promotional offers are valid for online or in-store purchases. The offers apply only to new watches.

Offers do not apply to: used watches, new watches manufactured in special or limited editions, other products, or services. Special offers cannot be combined with other products and promotions.


Discounted prices apply only to the items marked with a discount in-store and online. Discounted products are available in limited quantities, and we reserve the right for possible sell-out of discounted items.


All new goods delivered to private individuals within Sweden are sold with a 25% VAT.

All used / pre-owned goods are sold without VAT, but Fredmans reports VAT according to the profit margin taxation.

Goods sold within European Union are sold with the respective VAT rate for each country. Goods delivered outside the European Union are sold without VAT; the buyer pays VAT upon receipt of the shipment in accordance with the laws and regulations of the respective country.



These terms and conditions apply when you, as a customer, make purchases on fredmans.com and in our physical store. To be able to make a purchase, you need to accept these terms and consent to Fredmans processing and storing your personal information. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions. Your personal online security is very important to us. To ensure that your purchases on fredmans.com are secure, Fredmans uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL), an industry standard for transferring information online. For security reasons, we do not store customers' payment information in our database.


We reserve the right for any errors in price and product information or in other communications. We reserve the right to continuously change information and prices on all items in our range and to retrospectively correct incorrect pricing without prior notice. We reserve the right for price adjustments, clearance sales, inventory differences, technical problems, changes in technical specifications, and any typographical errors on our website or in our ads. We reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders. All promotions apply as long as stock lasts unless otherwise specified in the description.

Images cannot guarantee the exact appearance and characteristics of the product. Color representation may differ between the image and reality. Goods made of natural materials such as leather may vary more or less between different items.
