You are eligible for TAX Free Shopping only if you have a permanent residence in a non-EU country - except for Norway and Åland. And If you are exporting the goods outside The European Union. You can get your tax free refund directly in our shop or in the airports of any European Union country.
You can get a tax free refund directly in our shop, so you pay the value after the deducted tax free amount. To get the refund in shop you need to have with you a VISA or Master credit card, valid 6 month from the purchase date.
After receiving tax free in shop, none the less you need to go through the standard procedure for tax free, which implies stamping the tax free form in customs services or leaving the form at Global Blue offices in airport or at crossing the border.

How to get a VAT refund with Global Blue:
1. Tax Free Form. Fill in all the required fields in block letters, using the Latin alphabet.
2. Stamp. Before you check in for your flight, go to a Global Blue Refund Office and present your completed Tax Free Form, passport, itinerary, receipts/invoices and purchases to get a stamp on your form.
3. Get refund in cash or in your credit card.
Useful information about the Tax Free Form:
●The Form is valid 1 year after the issuing date.
●The Form must be duly stamped by the official Swedish (www.tullverket.se) or any other EU country customs or by Global Blue Refund Office in Sweden, Finland, Norway or Denmark within 3 months following the month when the Form was issued.
●All goods must be described on the Form or Receipt/Invoice.
●Original receipts/invoices must be attached to the Form, if refund amount exceeds 500 SEK.
●Receipts/invoices can be added together on one Tax Free Form if all were issued on the same day by the same shop, and the dates on the Tax Free Form and on the receipts/invoices correspond.
●If the Form was stamped by a Refund Office in Sweden, Finland or Norway a copy of the passport is required.
