We always provide a minimum of 12 months of service warranty for basic watch repairs and up to 24 months of service warranty for more advanced watch repairs.
Cost Estimate
To receive a price estimate for a watch repair, please visit our store at Strandvägen 15 in Stockholm with your watch and submit it for examination.
We will provide you with a cost estimate before initiating any repairs on your watch. We do not provide price estimates over the phone or email without physically inspecting and examining the watch.
Types Of Repairs
Below are different types of service actions that we perform:
Performed service: Regulation of movement or battery replacement, external case cleaning, gasket service, and pressure testing.
Receive a quote: Appr. 2 - 5 working days.
Delivery time: Appr. 2 - 5 working days after approved cost estimate.
Performed service: Partial watch movement repair, replacement of possibly worn-out movement parts, regulation, external case cleaning, bracelet cleaning, gasket replacement service, and pressure testing.
Receive a quote: Appr. 2 - 10 working days.
Delivery time: Appr. 1 - 4 weeks after approved cost estimate.
Performed service: Complete overhaul of the movement, replacement of any worn-out movement parts, regulation, external case cleaning, bracelet cleaning, gasket service, and pressure testing.
Receive a quote: Appr. 2 - 4 weeks.
Delivery time: Appr. 1 - 2 months after approved cost estimate.
Performed service: Complete factory service.
Receive a quote: Appr. 1 - 4 months.
Delivery time: Appr. 3 - 14 months after approved cost estimate.
Performed service: Complete factory service with dial restoration. Performed on models that have been discontinued from production as well as on vintage watches.
Receive a quote: Appr. 1 - 6 months.
Delivery time: Appr. 6 - 24 months after approved cost estimate.
