An interesting use case of Faux Patina on the indexes, the "Faux Patina Leather" variation mimic's the Radium Burn that caused the original A-11 dials to have their indexes turn yellow over the last 80 years. This design looks quite literally like a 1943 A-11 that survived until today without a scratch. The matte black dial with faux-patina indexes features white contouring to provide superb legibility in all conditions; just like the originals. The funky minute & hour indexes throw back to a time where these watches were literally hand painted. The use of triple-printing on the hour indexes mimics the paint thickness that a 1940s paint brush would have left on the dial. Having traced from an original A-11, the indexes have kept as strong a character as an original would have had.
